Plans We Work With

Wings Recovery works with most major PPO insurance plans, and we’re in-network with many of the country’s largest providers. We currently accept:

If your plan is a PPO, there’s a strong chance we can work with it, even if you don’t see it listed above. The fastest way to know for certain is a quick, confidential benefits check.

Plans We're Unable to Accept

To save you time and a frustrating phone call: Wings Recovery does not accept Medicare or Medicaid (Medi-Cal) at this time. If Medicare or Medi-Cal is your only coverage, we won’t be the right fit, but we’d still be glad to point you toward resources that can help.

Understanding Your Coverage: PPO, In-Network & Out-of-Network

Insurance language can be confusing, especially when you’re already dealing with a lot. Here’s what the most common terms actually mean for you:

PPO (Preferred Provider Organization)

A PPO is a type of health plan that gives you the flexibility to see providers both inside and outside your insurer’s network, including specialty treatment centers like Wings. If you have a PPO plan, you typically have broader access to care and more coverage options, which is why we’re able to work with most PPO plans.

In-Network

When a provider is “in-network,” it means we have a direct agreement with your insurance company. This usually translates to lower out-of-pocket costs for you and a more straightforward billing process. Wings is in-network with several major providers, including Kaiser Permanente.

Out-of-Network

This means we don’t have a direct contract with your specific plan, but that doesn’t mean you’re out of options. Many PPO plans still cover a meaningful portion of out-of-network treatment. We’ll verify exactly what your plan covers and explain any costs clearly before you commit to anything

Verifying Your Benefits Is Simple

Reach out:

Call us or complete our confidential contact form with your insurance details.

We verify for you:

Our admissions team checks your benefits directly, usually the same day, at no cost.

You get clear answers:

We walk you through what’s covered, any expected out-of-pocket costs, and your options, before you make a single decision.

Don't See Your Plan Listed? Here's What to Do

Not seeing your insurer listed doesn’t mean you can’t get care here. Because we work with most PPO plans, many clients are covered even when their specific plan isn’t named. The only way to know your exact benefits is a free verification, so reach out, and we’ll give you a clear, honest answer.
