At Wings, we partner with Vista Research Group to measure the effectiveness of our treatment programs. We utilize this data to continuously evaluate and improve our clinical offerings, using client-reported outcomes to guide us.
The reduction in symptoms our clients experience highlights the positive, lasting impact that evidence-based care has on those in treatment. These figures are not just results, they represent families that are more stable, individuals who were able to return to work or school, and healthier communities.
The data shown here was collected from clients who discharged between November 1, 2024 and December 31, 2025. This report was published on March 20, 2026.
Our evidence-based program supports whole-person healing.

Overall, nearly 80% of clients were satisfied with treatment. This speaks volumes about the care our team provides, the supportive living environment at Wings, and the tools clients learn during their time with us.
At intake, only 11% of clients reported feeling “excellent” or “good” overall. This number jumped to 56% six months after discharge. This indicates that not only are clients feeling better, but they are able to sustain these positive changes after leaving Wings.
At intake, 76% of clients reported experiencing depression symptoms. After discharge, we see this number decrease to 31%.
At intake, 73% of clients reported experiencing anxiety symptoms. After discharge, we see this number decrease to 23%.
As As clinicians, we need to be critical consumers of empirical research. This is what differentiates psychology and therapy from pseudoscience. Treatment outcomes are a necessary part of every respectable program. They help us identify whether our program is following its “Why.”
What is our “Why?”
To lessen the suffering of others. I remind the teams that our success is the client’s success.
Treatment outcomes through Vista Research helps Wings Recovery stay true to our goals. It fills me with pride seeing how well our program does reducing anxiety and depression with so many of our clients.
We are not an easy program; however, our treatment outcomes show we are effective at decreasing mental health symptoms. I can’t remember the last time a client regretted coming to us when they graduate. When clients complete treatment with us, THEY FEEL BETTER. Our treatment outcomes show this.
Many clients tell us, “Whoa. Your program is different. You actually get down to the root of the problem!” We treat trauma with great care, support, and experience, however it’s not easy work. Winston Churchill said “If you’re going through hell, then keep going!” This helps us understand there is light at the end of the tunnel. There is an end to this difficult period of life and life will be better when people receive the treatment that they need.
