Women’s Residential Program
Our highest level of care, the women’s residential mental health treatment program in San Diego County provides a safe haven for clients to step away from day-to-day distractions and immerse themselves in deep healing. This program is led with a trauma-focused approach to address a wide range of mental health issues, including trauma, PTSD, dissociation, DID, anxiety, depression, and other complex conditions often requiring residential treatment in San Diego area.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) in San Diego county allows women to be supported through a higher level of need. With special housing available, this option is most suited for women who recently completed a residential program yet still need a safe place to continue working toward full recovery. Some clients admit directly to the PHP program, making it an option for those seeking outpatient mental health treatment in San Diego County.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) in San Diego County is designed for women who have completed residential or PHP programs and are ready to spread their wings and embrace life’s challenges again. Some individuals admit directly to IOP, depending on the level of care they need. This IOP program offers weekly, intentional support from the Wings Recovery therapists and peers, making it a flexible option for women balancing treatment with work or job searches in San Diego County.
